I have been in practice for about 30 years and I am delighted that I am now able to offer this wonderful advance in medication therapy: DNA Typing.

This is the most advanced method for helping to learn which medications are most likely to be helpful and which are most likely to cause problems.

The test is simple and it is done in my office. I use a swab and swipe the lining of the cheek. I mail it to the lab and in a couple of weeks, I have an enormous amount  information that was not previously available.

I go over the test resutls with my patients and together we make decisions based on the information from the DNA.
