Integrative Approach
I have been a member of "Lotus - The Educational Center for Integrative Healing and Wellness, Inc." for over 10-years. We are a group of health care providers from various specialties both allopathic and complementary.
Our mission is to learn all valid paths to healing and wellness. We are committed to evidenced based medicine so we can have confidence in what we recommend to our patients or clients. To learn more about Lotus, go to www.lotusmedical.org.

Litchfield is one of the oldest and most beautiful towns in New England. George Washington stayed here many times.
My office is on the first floor. The side entrance has no stairs.
Office hours are Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays. Evening hours are flexible.
I do not participate in any insurance plans but many of my patients are able to get reimbursement.
Payment is by check or cash. Credit cards cost a bit more.
Mental Health and Wellbeing been my focus since I was a nursing student. It is an honor for me to be trusted by my patients and to work with them through some of life's hardest tests.
To bring my best to my patients, I must take care of myself. Over the years I have learned the importance of family, friends, rest, adventure, peace and beauty. I meditate, exercise, sleep well, work hard and have fun often.
Our lives are complicated and filled with challenges. My work is a source of joy for me because I witness the success of my patients as they face their challenges, do the work and reap the rewards - a happier, more balanced and joyful life.
